INFORMATIONAL AND SMART TECHNOLOGIES FOR EDUCATION DIGITAL LITERACY – EFFICIENT SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONALIZATION OF EDUCATION

Abstract:

The article deals with the issues of professionalization of education, in particular the issues of students’ possession of computers, the use of educational activities and the acquisition of skills and abilities required in future professional activities. The definitions of digital literacy are given, the positive aspects and problems associated with the computerization of modern society are outlined. It is shown that one of the factors of the demand for a young specialist is digital literacy. The relevance of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process is argued, the cause-and-effect relationships of the need to regularly update the learning process at every stage of society’s development are substantiated. The information world is constantly being updated, innovations have become an integral part of the modern computerized world, and digital literacy should be viewed as an effective system for the professionalization of education.
